HOW TO APPLY GDPM MADANI

This is your chance to digitize your business in line with the Madani Budget 2025, the Malaysian Ministry of Finance (MOF) is now offering digital grants to Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) to digitize your business operations.

APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY

Malaysian-Owned: MSMEs/Cooperatives must be at least 60% owned by Malaysian citizens.
Registration Requirements:Must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)/Local Authorities (PBT) or Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission (SKM).
Operating Duration:The business should be operating for at least Six (6) months
Annual Turnover:Must have an annual turnover of an average of at least RM50,000.00.
Previous Grants:MSMEs/cooperatives are only eligible if they have not received a Digitalisation Matching Grant before, except for e-invoicing applications.

APPLICATION STEPS

• The Applicant must contact and appoint one or more services of Service Providers listed by MDEC to perform any of the digitalization services available maximum of 3 digital services).
• The Applicant must complete and submit the application form together with the required supporting documents to the Service Provider.
• The Service Provider is to submit the MSME application together with the supporting documents to the bank.
• Once the application is approved, the Grant will cover 50% of the Order or upto RM5,000.00 max. The Applicant will be responsible to pay/bank-in (to Service Provider Bank Account) the balance of the Order amount within fourteen(14) days from date of approval, failing which the approval will be lapsed.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Completed MSME Madani digital application form
1. A copy of the Identification Card or Passport of Director(s) Partner(s) / Proprietor(s) of the MSME / applicant appointed by the Co-op, whichever is applicable.
2. A copy of MSME registration license (CCM) or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016) For Co-op, a copy of SKM registration certificate.
3. Latest audited account statement or latest financial management account statement or MSME / Co-op bank statement for the latest two (2) months.
4. Quotation / Invoice for the digitalization services from the Service Providers listed by MDEC, and
Any other information and documents as and when required by the bank.
